Overlooking London Bridge , very high specification 8 storey apartment development including restaurant and art gallery, Reinforced concrete and circular floor design with glass curtain walling.

Redevelopment of Victorian Hospital site in Kent comprising 307 new homes. Infrastructure, foundation and superstructure design.

Prestigious residential redevelopment of luxury flats on infill site in The City of London consisting of Portland Stone faced masonry and reinforced concrete structural frame of 12 storeys plus 2 storey underground parking.

On the River Thames frontage, opposite the Millennium Dome, reinforced concrete frame and foundation design of buildings up to 10 storeys supported on a variety of specialist ground treatment systems within the old East India Dock .

Redevelopment of gasworks site on Essex coast for 170 new dwellings including a health center. Infrastructure, foundation and superstructure design.

Redevelopment of a River Thames wharf incorporating 374 properties South of the river. Design of a new section of river wall, bridge to span a former Thames inlet together with a pier. Load bearing masonry design to guard against progressive collapse of up to seven storeys .

Infrastructure, foundation and superstructure design of former gasworks site in Colchester for 206 new premises.

Refurbishment of a series of Grade II* listed buildings within a former government major historic armaments site to create 193 properties combined with the design of 330 new three storey houses and multi -storey buildings adjacent to an historic former grain store, one of the most important surviving warehouses of this period in the country. Over 220 cast iron columns, recovered from sections of the original warehousing demolished during the re-development were designed to form the high level external access gantries which were clad in glass.

Civil and structural engineering design of a new village in the Hampshire countryside including the refurbishment of the former Grade II listed hospital in the centre of the village and design of new properties around the periphery. Infrastructure design of both local and off site works.

Redevelopment of 2, 3, and 4 storey houses and apartments with the associated infrastructure, community and health facilities totaling 909 units. Located in South London, this was one of the largest single urban re-development projects in the UK . Foundation and superstructure design

On a quayside location, design of 287 apartments in eight blocks, up to 16 storeys in height framed in reinforced concrete, overlooking the River Thames with underground car parking, together with 118 houses and apartments.

Redevelopment of hospital site in Hertfordshire including the refurbishment of 3 storey listed buildings, some dating from 1879, as well as new buildings totalling more than 270 dwellings. Infrastructure, foundation and superstructure design.
